Tip1-
Always make cakes by proper measurements.Never make with estimations.
Tip2-
Always mix butter/oil and powdered sugar thoroughly till it become fluffy.
Tip3-
Always sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda 2-3times thoroughly.
Tip4-
Mix flour in butter mixture by cut and fold method.
Tip5-
Never overmix or vigorously flour into butter.
Tip6-
While baking try keeping the oven between 150-180°.keep an eye.
Tip7-
Best cakes are made in cooker on low flame.Fill salt or sand at bottom ,put a cooker stand and then your vessel on it.leave it for 45mins.Can check in between but avoid opening before 40 mins
Tip8-
If you want to bake in microwave then keep your batter a little more moist adding 3-4 teaspoons more milk.Bake the cake for 4-5 minutes only.It may look not done but leave it for 2-3 minutes and check.If not done then bake for just 1-2 minutes more.
Tip9-
Always leave your cake in dish for 15-20 minutes then take out.You can spread butter paper at the bottom of dish.
